  • It is an indispensable priority of our quality policy to maintain our feature of being an organisation that complies with the understanding of food safety by producing under hygienic conditions in our facility, respecting nature and consumers, and making use of the latest technology.
  • Not satisfied with the current quality of our products, improvements continue at every stage of production to continuously increase the level of quality and safe food. With this principle, the effectiveness of the food safety system is continuously increased and compliance with hygiene conditions is ensured.
  • It is constantly recognised that the supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials and food contact materials used in production plays a very important role in ensuring food safety.
  • New technologies will be followed and efforts are being made to include those that increase food safety in the system as soon as possible.
  • It is one of our main principles to maintain our understanding of quality until it reaches the end consumer and to train all units at this stage.
  • Our personnel will be ensured to work in line with food safety, necessary trainings will be provided for this and the personnel will be proud of what they produce.
  • The needs and expectations of stakeholders, especially customers, are given importance and a balance is established between these needs and expectations. Continuous improvements are made to meet the needs and expectations.
  • The general food safety policy of our organisation and the food safety policies of SEANOP management levels have been determined separately. Maximum care is taken to ensure that these policies are compatible with each other.
  • At SEANOP, it is our policy to continuously improve quality with the participation of everyone.
  • It is ensured that we fulfil our obligations towards society and the environment and continuously improve our environmental responsibility awareness.
  • In order to make the best use of SEANOP’s and nature’s resources and to protect the environment, food safety policies have been committed by SEANOP management and their compliance is constantly reviewed and controlled.
  • Our Quality and Food Safety Policy is announced and delivered to all personnel. Slogans in line with our Quality and Food Safety Policy and `Quality and Food Safety Policy` are hung in appropriate places in our workplace and all our personnel serve in line with these principles.
  • Food safety culture is disseminated in all units of SEANOP.
  • Starting from raw material to the final product, products are produced in accordance with Quality System Requirements, Safe Food standards, health rules, Food Legislation, relevant laws / regulations in all processes.
  • The main principle of SEANOP is to produce safe products for human health, to maximise customer satisfaction and to become a well-known brand.

 

To achieve these things;

    • We produce under completely hygienic conditions.
    • As an organisation that is aware that human rights are an indispensable element, we constantly monitor and improve the health, happiness and welfare of our staff.
    • We will manage every stage of production in accordance with the Food Safety Management System approach.
    • We produce products in accordance with legal regulations.
    • By implementing the Food Safety Management System, we will guarantee the protection of consumer health and reduce production losses.
    • We always follow technological developments to keep and increase Food Safety at the same standard.
    • Safety for human health, products and services is only possible in an environment where hygienic inputs are provided. We maintain our cooperation relations with our suppliers that provide products and services to our organisation and support our suppliers to increase food safety.
