\u00e7evresel ama\u00e7 ve hedefleri tan\u0131mlama ve \u00e7evre y\u00f6netim sistemi gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in yeterli ve uygun, politika ve prosed\u00fcrlerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, s\u00fcrekli \u00e7evresel performans elde etmeyi sa\u011flayan bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/p><p>1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda ISO taraf\u0131ndan uluslararas\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde d\u00fcnyada en \u00e7ok kabul g\u00f6ren \u00e7evre y\u00f6netim sistemi standard\u0131 olan ISO 14001 standard\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ve ilan edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p><p>Serinin belgelendirme standard\u0131 olan ISO 14001, \u00fcretim\/hizmet ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7evreyi korumay\u0131 ve \u00e7evre etkilerini en aza indirmeyi ama\u00e7layan kurulu\u015flara \u00e7evre etkilerinin tespitinden ba\u015flay\u0131p, bunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l azalt\u0131labilece\u011fi, olu\u015fmas\u0131 muhtemel etkiler i\u00e7in nas\u0131l \u00f6nlem al\u0131nabilece\u011fi ile ilgili bir sistematik getiren bir y\u00f6netim sistemi tan\u0131mlar.<\/p><p>ISO 14001 Standard\u0131n\u0131 temel alan bir \u00e7evre y\u00f6netim sistemi her tip ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki i\u015fletmenin kendi \u00fcr\u00fcn, hizmet ve faaliyetlerinin \u00e7evre \u00fczerindeki etkilerini kontrol etmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan bir y\u00f6netim arac\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>ISO 14001 \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netim Sistemi\u2019nin amac\u0131, kurulu\u015flara, \u00e7evreyi korumak ve de\u011fi\u015fen \u00e7evresel ko\u015fullara sosyoekonomik ihtiya\u00e7larla dengeli olarak cevap vermek i\u00e7in sistematik bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. ISO 14001, kurulu\u015fa, \u00e7evre y\u00f6netim sisteminin kendi belirledi\u011fi beklenen \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in olanak sa\u011flayacak \u015fartlar\u0131 belirtir.<\/p><p>ISO 14001 \u00c7YS Standard\u0131; \u00e7evre performans standard\u0131 olmay\u0131p, \u00e7evre y\u00f6netim standard\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat edilmelidir.
